I recently stayed at this impressive 4-star hotel for a weekend getaway and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location couldn't have been better as it was very close to everything I wanted to be near. Being within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, and the beach made it extremely convenient for me, especially since I didn't have a vehicle. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony provided stunning views of the area, and I loved having a separate sitting area and a cozy dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. All in all, this place definitely exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends.

This place is close to popular tourist spots like the skypoint observation deck. The bedroom offered plenty of space, which was a big plus.

It's in the city centre, so major super markets and restaurants are in walking distance.

The water reserve is way too small. 5 of us stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (it's designed to accommodate 6 guests) and we couldn't shower for more than 5 minutes each otherwise the water runs out.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a long day of business meetings. The location was great, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with any assistance we needed during our stay.

The noise levels in the apartment were quite high, especially from the traffic outside. This made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

It was easy to find the hotel. Loved the fact that it was in the heart of surfers, so beach and foods were all in walking distance. Lots of car parking space, and very accommodating for a mini van. Lots of peace and quiet. Hotel was very secure. The landscaping around the hotel was immaculate. Our family used the pool 3 out of the 6 days we stayed there. Young children loved it! Both Dee and George made our family feel very welcome.

The decor in the room was dated. Rooms / Kitchen / bathrooms could have been more thoroughly cleaned e.g dining table, balcony windows, coffee table had some hand prints on the glass. Balcony setting was a little dirty we didnt end up using them or sitting outside. The air conditioning units were very dusty. Furniture / kitchen utensils are in need of cleaning and upgrading.

Staff was most friendly. Excellent location - right next to surfer paradise main station. Convenient if you are on public transport. Shops and supermarket right across the road. Apartment very spacious (3 bedrooms - 2 with queen sized bed and 1 with two single). Well equipped with kitchen items.

Being an apartment concept, daily housekeeping is not a standard arrangement. Extra charges ($30) applied per cleaning. However appliances such as washing machine and dryer, available to manage your laundry. General items such as curtain, cabinets needs some revamp.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on a main street in the middle of the city. It was close to shops, which was very convenient for us as we didn't hire a vehicle. The hotel facilities were great, with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who had a smiley face and guided us on how to get around this city. The apartment was clean and had amazing river views from the high floor. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

The location was perfect, close to everything. Just a short stroll to the beach, and across the road from two supermarkets. We really enjoyed the spacious apartments and the views from the balconies were amazing, one overlooking the river and the other the sea. the gardens and the pool area surround the complex were lovely and offered a great place to relax.

There was a bit of noise at night, but that is to be expected in a very central location. the shower pressure was a little bit weak.
